Do you know how astounding fourth grade is?
Come on, I’ll show you how many marvelous memories I have of fourth grade. Let
me take you on a tour of my fantastic fourth grade year. Just take a glance at
my river of memories. You’ll see classroom parties, hilarious books and
magnificent writing! Someday I’m sure
I’ll come back to this river and look back at these memories. Just this way and
we will look at all of my classroom parties in the fourth grade.
If you look down the stream and
to the left you’ll see exstroidenary classroom parties. One party was for
Halloween. This meant candy, candy and more candy! It was a lot of fun. The
next party was for winter break! Everyone was so excited because it was our
last day being trapped in school before the break. Mrs. ______ put on the radio
too. Valentines Day party was next. We all got a bag full of cards and treats.
Winn-Dixie was also so much fun. We had egg salad sandwiches, Dump punch and
jolly ranchers. In room 15 we have so much fun at our parties. Follow me and
we’ll take a look at some hilarious books.
Look down and a little to the
right and you’ll see how funny reading can actually be! First we read tales of
a fourth grade nothing. It is written by Judy Blume! I think Judy Blume is just
hilarious1 Fudge made me laugh so hard if I was so drinking water I would probably
spit it right back out! I loved reading because of Winn - Dixie .
Opal was always trying to make jokes. Like when she said “He was just trying to
thank you for the good time sir.” Now we are reading trumpet of the swan. These
are the funniest books I’ve ever read!
Look Quick! Even though the
river is moving pretty quickly you might be able to catch some of my writing
floating by. Like poetry and essays. I was writing one paragraph at the
beginning of the year, now I’m writing five or more paragraphs. Poetry is
something that calms me down. There is my fall poem and some haiku poems I
wrote. There goes all of my essays like school is cool, place in the family and
what bugs me. As you can see writing really truly inspires me.
This is the end of my fourth
grade tour. I hope that you have enjoyed seeing my fourth grade year. I hope
you liked the tour. Now you know all about classroom parties, hilarious books,
and writing. Everyone please follow me and feel free to come back anytime that
you wish! Those are my favorite things about the fourth grade!
